And my poverty absorbs my conscience
And my conscience absorbs my poverty
I feel like a man who out of destitution falls on his knees, his eyes gazing at the sky
And then in adoration falls prostrate
And remember! your Lord caused to be declared (publicly):
"If ye are grateful, I will add more (favours) unto you;
But if ye show ingratitude, truly My punishment is terrible indeed."
