how mountains so great
in the due course of time
are split apart by mere liquid
how on one face of earth
fruits grow in superfluity
whilst on the other
sands (of human despair) lie amassed
how trees branch and support
leaves bowing in humility
some stand haughty
while others oppressed, weak
each leaf has its own legacy
either detached from mother by human mediocrity
or blown away, with siblings alike
far from mother and far from life
